The engine

Built on n8n. Webhook intake handles any form source. AI scoring uses intent signals from the lead payload to classify temperature — hot, warm, or cold. The CRM logic handles both new entries and returning leads without creating duplicates.

The nurture sequence uses time-delayed nodes with catch-style resilience — if a step fails, it retries rather than breaking the chain. WhatsApp reply detection can be optionally enabled to pause the sequence and alert the owner when a conversation is already live.
